Redesigning a classroom is no small feat. I seriously went back and forth trying to decide on my color scheme and my overall vibe. I started with a trip to the craft store and the dollar store to see if I could get inspired.
I walked around the fabric department, looked at seasonal items, scoped out the organizational bins.
I watched hours of videos on Tik Tok and saved everything in a classroom decor playlist
I checked out websites like Schoolgirl Style and and Really Good Stuff for products and ideas
And of course I loaded my shopping cart with products from Amazon
Then I started shopping!

I found these amazing frames at a local non-profit for teachers in the Phoenix valley called Treasures 4 Teachers. I paid just a little over $20 for all of these frames. They didn't have hooks on them and some were slightly warped, but I knew that someone else's trash would become my treasure!
I decided to buy some foam board from the dollar store to create backings for these frames. By using foam board, it would have the feel of a bulletin board. I figured I could tape the foam together and cut it to the proper size. Next, I could cover it with bulletin board paper and border and decorate just like a regular bulletin board. Then in future years, if I want to change out my decorations, I can just pop off the foam board and recover it!
